Kids Community is our ministry to children from infant through 5th grade.
Most of this ministry happens on Sunday mornings.
Requirements:
Prior to being considered for a Kids Community volunteer ministry position, all candidates shall complete and submit a Ministry Application to the Director of Children’s Ministries.
After a careful review of the application the Director of Children’s Ministries will interview the applicant.
A criminal background check will be required for all applicants 18 years of age and older.
No ministry candidate will be considered for any ministry position involving direct or unsupervised contact with children until the candidate has been in regular attendance at Community of Hope for six months or more.
Individuals must be at least 13 years old or in 6th grade to assist with pre-school classes
Individuals must be in high school or older to serve in the nursery and elementary age classes.
Support: The children’s director will train, support and schedule you.
